| Do you deliver to my country or city? |

All of our gift items are delivered to Ethiopia only. Currently we deliver products to Addis Ababa (Capital City) except for Ethio-Mobile Phone Cards. Ethio-Mobile Phone Cards are directly loaded to any Mobile device in Ethiopia including cities outside of Addis Ababa. During checkout we ask for your receiver address details for accurate delivery. We are in the process of including additional cities for non-Addis Ababa orders.

| What are my Payment Choices? |

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Currently most transactions are processed through PayPal's payment options. On the Paypal page you are able to pay for your transactions with your debit card or credit card or Paypal account. Other payment options such as Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, and others may be available. Please note that we will not deliver your order until we receive payment for your order. |
| What are my Shipping/Delivery options and charges? |

Our shipping/delivery options may change from time to time but we normally offer 2 options: Priority Delivery (Exact Day Guarantee) and Regular Delivery Within Addis. If you select Priority Delivery, your order will be delivered on the day you choose while Regular Delivery has a lower priority and may take up to 1 to 3 days from the delivery date you select depending on high or low season. For example, during high season such as around Fasika Holiday, if you select April 20th as the delivery date but chose Regular Delivery within Addis, then your order will be delivered either on 20th, 21st, or 22nd. But if you chose Priority Delivery (Exact Day Guarantee), then it will only be delivered on the exact date you chose. Therefore, if its an urgent order, we recommend choosing the Priority Delivery (Exact Day Guarantee) option.
