How to pay for my order using credit/debit card?
  Paying with a credit/debit card is very simply. Simply fill out the payment information found at the end of the checkout page. For more assistance, email us at [email protected] or call our customer service at 404-936-2807.
How to check if my order is delivered & will it be delivered the next day?
  To check if your order has been delivered, please LOGIN to your Bole Gifts account. Then under the Login icon located on the top right corner, click on "My Account". Then click on "Check Your Order Status/Review Orders" then search for your order by looking for the order number. Once you have located your order, the status of your order will dispaly under the status column which appears on the right. If the status shows "Delivered" then that means your order has been delivered. Sometimes during high seasons such as holidays, your order may have already been delivered but the status shows "Processing" or "In Transit/En Route." If its for urgent order, call us at our customer service number and we can confirm if its delivered. The cut off time for a next day delivery is 9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after 9:00 PM Easter Standard Time (EST) will be processed the following day. However during busy season such as holidays, there is a chance next day delivery will be unavailable. If its for urgent delivery during the holiday season, please call us at our customer service number and we will work with you.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Login to your account then click the "My Account" link at the bottom our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has been delivered, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Login to your account then click the "My Account" link at the bottom of the site. Click on "Check Order Status/Review Orders" to search for your order. If your order is not yet delivered, it will show "In Transit/En Route" but once your order is delivered, it will show, "Delivered."
My order was never delivered, what should I do?.
  Click the "My Account" link at the bottom of our site to track your order status. Please check if the items in your order has been delivered already. If your orders status shows "Delivered" and it has been delivered. Otherwise rest assure your delivery is on the way. Please contact customer service for further assistance.
Some items are missing from the order delivery, what should I do?.
  Click the "My Account" link at the bottom left hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order has been delivered already if the status shows "Delivered". If an item is missing, email us at [email protected] and we will cross reference to confirm the missing item with our delivery record. Please contact customer service for assistance.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to deliver the item for you.
